We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Expert to join our team at EdEx. As a Behaviour Expert, you will be responsible for supervising students in the internal isolation room and providing structured supervision. This role is perfect for graduates with a strong passion for helping students manage their behaviour and support them with their mental health and well-being.
About the Role:
• Supervise KS3, KS4 and KS5 students in the internal isolation room
• Provide structured supervision for students in the internal isolation room
• Support therapists and psychologists in their work, shadowing their support

• An estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
