We are currently working with a brilliant Secondary school in Lambeth that requires a Behaviour Support Worker to start in January 2025. This is a full-time position that offers the perfect opportunity for candidates looking to make a real difference in the lives of students with additional needs.

As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing 1-1 support to students with SEMH needs, observing triggers for challenging behaviours, and identifying self-regulation tactics. You will also set goals for students to work towards and participate in staff meetings to share observations and contribute to care plans.
