Ribbons and Reeves Limited requires a highly skilled Behaviour Support Assistant to work with primary-aged children who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH) and Emotional Needs. About the PositionKey Responsibilities:
- Support primary-aged children with SEMH and Emotional Needs.
- Develop and implement behaviour support plans to promote positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with teachers, teaching assistants, and other professionals.
Requirements and Salary:
- Hold knowledge of SEMH and Emotional Needs.
- Have ability to develop and implement behaviour support plans.
- Excel in communication and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £31,000 per annum. This salary takes into account the requirements of the position, the location in Brent, and the industry standards for a Behaviour Support Assistant.
