About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Autism Graduate Mentor to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting learners in a pupil referral unit based in Waltham Forest.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work one-to-one with learners to promote social skills and emotional regulation.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement behaviour plans.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience working with children and managing challenging behaviour.
  • Degree-level qualification in education or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Able to think critically and develop effective solutions.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000, providing a competitive package for the successful candidate.
