About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team at EdEx. This Behaviour Specialist graduate role involves providing support to teachers and pupils in a Secondary School environment, focusing on children with SEN/SEMH needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supporting teachers and pupils in Maths, English, Science, and other subjects
  2. Leading 1:1 and small group sessions for children with SEN/SEMH needs
  3. Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude in the school environment

Qualifications and Skills:
  • A 1st Class degree or 2:2 in a relevant field
  • Experience working with children with SEN/SEMH needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits:
  • Daily rate of £105-£110
