About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate behaviour mentor to join our team at an outstanding secondary school in Kensington & Chelsea. As a behaviour mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students' social, emotional, and academic development.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £500.00 - £550.00 per week (PAYE), making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to make a positive impact in education. Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with students to improve their engagement and academic progress

  • Provide support to students with special educational needs and mental health requirements
Requirements
  • A UK graduate with a passion for working with young people
  • Experience in behaviour management or a related field
  • A genuine interest in supporting students with SEN and SEMH needs
