Are you a motivated and caring graduate looking for a challenging yet rewarding role? Academics Ltd is seeking a Behaviour Specialist to join our team and support children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in our specialist school near Guildford.

About the Position
  • Work with students aged 4-19 who require additional support due to SEMH needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement, attainment and life chances of each student.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with students, and provide a safe and supportive environment.

Salary: £85-110 per day

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4pm, term time only

Training and Support: Excellent on-site training, support and CPD provided to ensure safeguarding of all students
