We are seeking a dedicated graduate to join our team at Academics Ltd as a Behaviour Specialist. The successful candidate will work with vulnerable students aged 4-19, increasing their engagement, attainment and life chances.

About the Role
  • Support children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a well-respected specialist school near Guildford.
  • Identify and escalate risks and needs of each student, providing a safe and supportive environment.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a graduate to gain experience working with SEMH students, develop strong relationships and make a positive impact on their lives.

Salary: £85-110 per day

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4pm, term time only

Training and Support: Excellent on-site training, support and CPD provided to ensure safeguarding of all students
