Job Opportunity - Mental Health/Behaviour Assistant

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mental Health/Behaviour Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications in Psychology & Criminology or a related field and have a strong background in supporting students with mental health needs and behaviour changes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and group support in the classroom under the guidance of the class teacher
  • Help manage student behaviour and develop social and emotional skills
  • Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive daily rate of £87 per day, Monday to Friday, 08:30-15:30. In addition to a comprehensive salary package, Academics Ltd offers a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth and development.
