Graduate Behavioural Support Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Graduate Learning Mentor to join our team at Harris Academy Clapham. This role will play a vital part in promoting a safe environment with excellent levels of behaviour, allowing everyone to learn.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and deliver engaging programmes of study to small groups of students, fostering academic growth and confidence.
- Evaluate students' progress, providing timely support and guidance to overcome barriers to learning.
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student attendance and progress, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Manage records of students' progress, delivering comprehensive marking and feedback to inform future teaching strategies.
- A Level or undergraduate degree in English, Maths, or Science (or equivalent)
- Proven experience working with children of relevant age
- Demonstrated ability to support students with additional needs and deliver literacy programmes
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £28,719-£30,446 per annum (pro rata), plus performance and loyalty bonus, pension scheme, wellbeing cash plan, and additional benefits.
