Behaviour Support Expert

LONDON BOROUGH OF TOWER HAMLETS seeks a Behaviour Support Expert to join its Behaviour Support Team, providing expert support for a range of SEMH needs.
This role involves working closely with schools at all levels, developing whole-school policies and conducting individual diagnostic assessments.
The Behaviour Support Expert will work collaboratively with the team to provide core support for children with EHCPs and help schools improve inclusive practice through various interventions.
This post includes a travel allowance and is based on a zero-tolerance approach to discrimination. The borough employs a diverse workforce representative of various groups.

Estimated salary: £48,000 - £68,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications).
