Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing safeguarding policies
  • Providing training to staff on behaviour and teaching strategies
  • Supporting students and staff in positive behaviour management
  • Working closely with our clinical team to provide targeted support to students
  • Communicating effectively with various stakeholders, including external agencies
  • Monitoring student progress and providing regular reports to the senior leadership team
