Tower Hamlets Behaviour Support Team is recruiting an Education and Behaviour Support Specialist to provide expert guidance and support to schools in developing and implementing effective SEMH policies and practices.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in this field, with experience in conducting diagnostic assessments, developing and implementing SEMH strategies, and collaborating with schools to improve student outcomes.

Main responsibilities:

  • School-wide SEMH policy development and implementation
  • Diagnostic assessments and individualised support plans
  • Collaboration with school staff to improve inclusive practice and student engagement

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced specialist to join our team and contribute to the improvement of SEMH provision in our community.

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.
