About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Programme Manager to join our Talent & Organisational Development (T&OD) team. As a key member of our global organisation, you will be responsible for driving strategic behavioural and process change across the business.

Your primary focus will be on managing the execution of Organisational Development and Leadership Development programmes. This will involve collaborating with the Global Talent & OD Leader and wider HR team to optimise performance reviews, administering employee engagement surveys, and implementing tools to ensure alignment to the people agenda.

You will also be responsible for creating reports and presentations for project teams and various stakeholders, providing insight into relevant data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic behavioural and process change across the organisation
  • Manage the execution of Organisational Development and Leadership Development programmes
  • Collaborate with Global Talent & OD Leader and wider HR team to optimise performance reviews
  • Administer employee engagement surveys and implement tools to ensure alignment to the people agenda
  • Create reports and presentations for project teams and various stakeholders, providing insight into relevant data
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in a matrix organisation with global reach
  • A proven track record of working in similar roles with a focus on performance management, engagement surveys, OD projects, and culture building initiatives
  • The ability to successfully work with and navigate a complex multi-cultural organisation on a global scale, building effective relationships both internally and externally
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels from junior to Exec team
  • Proven experience in project management, leading and driving important OD & Talent Management projects in other businesses
