The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, based on location and experience.

Job Description

This role involves providing a high-quality, front-line service to victims of domestic abuse, delivering a premium service prioritized according to risk. You will work within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership responses to domestic abuse.

As an IDVA, you will implement effective ways of working with victims and those supporting them to increase safety and reduce harm. You will provide clinical supervision and group reflective practice to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
