Solace Women's Aid is seeking a part-time Clinical Lead to promote the IRIS programme across an area in England or Wales.

The ideal candidate will be a local, practising clinician with experience of domestic violence and abuse, and links to local primary health care staff. They should have a strong understanding of the gendered nature of violence and abuse, and of the impact of multiple, intersecting oppressions.

As Clinical Lead, you will work closely with a specialist in domestic violence and abuse to recruit practices, deliver training, and provide advice and support to clinical colleagues. You will also promote the IRIS programme across the area, engage with practices, and develop relationships with local stakeholders.

This role requires flexibility in your time to receive training, attend meetings, and deliver the IRIS clinical training to local general practice teams. The successful candidate will have a passion for improving healthcare services for survivors of domestic abuse, and a commitment to promoting equity and challenging discrimination.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £80, with approximately 105-126 hours required in the first year and 46-65 hours in subsequent years.
