Domestic Abuse Support Professional

We are looking for a highly skilled Domestic Abuse Support Professional to join our team in Merton. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high-quality, front-line service to victims of domestic abuse.
About the JobThis is a permanent role based in Merton Civic Centre. As a Domestic Abuse Support Professional, you will work within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership responses to domestic abuse.
You will provide face-to-face and virtual support in a hybrid model of working, including working from home, Merton Civic Centre, and the Merton One Stop Shop.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement effective ways of working with victims and those supporting them to increase safety and reduce harm.
- Provide a high-quality, front-line service to victims of domestic abuse, delivering a premium service prioritized according to risk.
- Understand safeguarding issues and the legal responsibilities surrounding these issues.
Salary: £28,810 per annum, including a 2,800 per annum London Weighting Allowance.
