Job Description:
This role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver front-line services to victims of domestic abuse. Key responsibilities include:
  1. - Implementing effective strategies to increase safety and reduce harm for victims and those supporting them.
    - Providing high-quality support services, prioritizing risk and focusing on victim/survivors aged 16+.
    - Working collaboratively within a multi-agency framework, including the MARAC and local partnership responses to domestic abuse.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in providing support services to vulnerable populations, particularly those affected by domestic abuse.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including healthcare professionals, social workers, and law enforcement agencies.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a focus on customer service and care.
