Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £30,595 per annum, dependent on experience.

Job Description:

This role will drive the promotion and support of DAHA Accreditation across London Boroughs seeking to achieve accreditation. You will provide guidance and assistance to members in adopting and embedding best practices that foster system and culture change, with the ultimate goal of improving outcomes for victim/survivors accessing housing support.

You will work closely with the broader Housing Team, building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic and operational housing partners, while continuously developing innovative housing solutions and responses to domestic abuse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support housing providers and local authorities in seeking DAHA membership through outreach, workshops, and one-on-one support.
  • Guide local authorities through the accreditation process, tracking progress and offering expert advice.
  • Deliver workshops and webinars on DAHA's standards to housing providers and local authorities.
  • Support the leadership of the DAHA Regional Group for London, fostering collaboration and sharing best practices between housing providers and local authorities.
  • Represent Hireful and DAHA at key meetings and public events, advocating for improved housing responses to domestic abuse.
  • Support the creation and updating of DAHA resources, including toolkits, handbooks, and training materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • An in-depth understanding of the dynamics of domestic abuse and its impact on housing services.
  • Experience in managing projects and delivering outcomes on time, to target.
  • Ability to confidently lead workshops, facilitate meetings, and represent Hireful in public speaking engagements.
  • Proven ability to establish effective partnerships and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
  • A strong commitment to equality, diversity, and anti-discriminatory practice, especially in domestic abuse and housing contexts.
