About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Indigenous Domestic Violence Prevention Officer to join our team in Islington, London. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the complexities of domestic abuse and be able to provide high-quality support to victims.

The key responsibilities of this role include implementing effective ways of working with victims and those supporting them to increase safety and reduce harm, providing a high-quality, front-line service to victims of domestic abuse, and working within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership responses to domestic abuse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct service delivery to victims of domestic abuse or other vulnerable people.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work effectively within a multi-agency framework.

Salary: £30,850 per annum plus £2,800 per annum London Weighting Allowance.
