Service Manager Position in Domestic Abuse Sector

Victim Support is recruiting a skilled Service Manager to lead our Merton IDVA team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to provide high-quality support to victims of domestic abuse.

About the Job:

  • Manage a small caseload focusing on high-risk survivors of domestic abuse.
  • Comply with child protection and information sharing policies.
  • Represent the service at multi-agency meetings and contribute to contract management.

Requirements:

  • A passion for working with victim/survivors and a thorough understanding of gender-based violence and abuse.
  • Experience of managing a team delivering front-line support to victims or vulnerable people.
  • A track record of demonstrating a non-judgemental, anti-racist, and anti-discriminatory approach.
