We are looking for a Victim Support Coordinator to join our team at Caritas Recruitment. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of safeguarding vulnerable people and be able to work with high-risk clients.

As a Victim Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for ongoing risk assessment, individual safety planning, and providing both emotional and practical support to victims and survivors of domestic violence and abuse.

Key Requirements:

  • DBS on update service or one will be conducted on your behalf
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of safeguarding vulnerable people
  • Working with high-risk clients

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a well-being package, including counselling, the Head-space app, and weekly exercise classes.

We estimate that this role comes with a salary of £29,000 - £33,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
