Business Development Executive

Are you a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive looking for a new challenge? Look no further O'Brien Fine Foods, a leading producer of cooked meats in Ireland, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team as a Business Development Executive.
About the RoleIn this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing relationships, and driving sales growth across premium product ranges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets, implement in-store promotions, and analyze sales data to inform future business decisions.
Main ResponsibilitiesYour main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing relationships with key customer personnel
- Growing new business opportunities and developing existing accounts
- Driving sales growth across premium product ranges
- Implementing and controlling in-store promotions
- Analyzing sales data and providing insights to inform business decisions
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in field sales, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A full clean driving license
