Customer Service and Administration Specialist

Brook Street is currently seeking a Customer Service and Administration Specialist to join its busy team in Harrow. As a key member of the department, this role will play a critical part in delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting business operations.
Job OverviewThis permanent position involves managing tasks, providing top-level customer service, and ensuring compliance with set processes and procedures. The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a repairs administrator/planner/dispatcher role and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Task Management: Coordinating and prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient workflow and meeting deadlines.
- Customer Service: Providing outstanding customer service via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company procedures and policies to prevent complaints and mitigate issues.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Previous Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a repairs administrator/planner/dispatcher role.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in email and Microsoft Outlook, as well as basic knowledge of purchasing and inventory management systems.
Brook Street offers a competitive salary package, including:
- Salary: Estimated £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Annual Leave: 28 days, plus bank holidays.
