Job Opportunity: Customer Service Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support within our luxury cake design company.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer-facing roles and possess excellent communication and organisational skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing administrative support to the sales team.

SALARY: £25,000+ per annum (dependent on experience)

LOCATION: Hatch End, Harrow, North West London (HA5) (100% Office Based)

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage customer inquiries and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner
  2. Process orders and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  3. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports and maintaining databases
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  5. Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
