**Job Description**

We are seeking a Hospice Sales Coordinator to join our team at St Luke's Hospice. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating sales activities across multiple shops, working closely with our shop managers and colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate sales activities across multiple shops, including planning sales promotions, managing stock levels, and analyzing sales data.
  • Work closely with shop managers and colleagues to develop and implement sales strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers, responding to queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
