Partner Sales Leadership Role

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Director to lead our Partner sales teams across multiple regions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will report to our Senior Vice President of Global Partnerships.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of sales representatives (currently 5 and expanding) to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  2. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  3. Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast sales and identify new opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales either in software, retail, real estate, recruitment, or other relevant industries, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, methodologies, and selling to small and large organizations.

The estimated salary for this role is £90,000 - £140,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and paid time off.
