Global Sales Leader EMEA

Spotify is looking for a talented Global Sales Leader EMEA to join our team. As the head of sales in Europe, Middle East and Africa, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the region.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 per year, taking into account the candidate's experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in advertising and sales, as well as strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining the sales growth strategy across the EMEA markets, working closely with stakeholders to set accurate sales forecasts and budgets, and analyzing performance data to improve growth. You will also oversee the development of standard methodologies and cost efficiencies that can scale from local to global.
Key qualifications include experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce, partnering with Sales Operations to maintain consistent metrics, and having extensive experience in advertising and marketing sales. A deep understanding of the digital ecosystem and trends around digital, programmatic, video best practices, opportunities, and challenges is also required.
