At Esland, we are dedicated to transforming the lives of children through exceptional residential care and therapeutic support. We are seeking compassionate and experienced individuals to join our team as Deputy Managers.

About the Role

As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in providing nurturing and structured environments for young people in our homes. You will work closely with a dedicated team of professionals to ensure that each child receives individualized care tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality residential care, ensuring the safety, well-being, and emotional development of children in our care.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with other professionals, families, and the young people themselves.
  • Create a positive and supportive home environment that fosters growth, resilience, and self-esteem.
  • Supervise and mentor staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent delivery of high standards of care.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to coordinate services and support for the children in our care.
Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • A Level 3/4 qualification in Residential Childcare or a related field.
  • Proven experience working in a residential childcare setting.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be over 21 years of age.
