Job Description:

Clinical Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at TRCGroup. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager in the overall management of our nursing home services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Registered Manager in the development and implementation of care plans that meet the needs of our service users.
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the provision of safe and effective care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote a safe and supportive work environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and services provided, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a mental health environment.
  • Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Be a Registered Nurse (RMN or RGN) with current NMC registration.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Have a thorough understanding of health and safety matters and risk management.
  • Be able to develop and maintain a safe and harmonious work environment.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, service users, and other healthcare professionals.
