Job Description:

Clinical Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at TRCGroup. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Registered Manager in the overall management of our nursing home services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and guidance to staff under your supervision, ensuring they have the necessary support, training, and resources to deliver high-quality care.
  • Care Planning and Delivery: Collaborate with the Registered Manager to develop and implement person-centred care plans that meet the unique needs of our service users.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all staff under your supervision contribute to maintaining a safe, well-structured environment that promotes the dignity and well-being of our service users.
  • Clinical Governance: Implement and evaluate appropriate nursing interventions, ensuring that all care is delivered in accordance with clinical governance and clinical effectiveness standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in clinical team meetings and other multi-disciplinary team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a mental health environment, with a strong background in clinical leadership and management.
  • Qualifications: A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent, and current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RMN or RGN).
  • Skills: Demonstrable values and a commitment to leading and supporting a diverse team of staff, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
