Theatre Matron Leader

As a Theatre Matron Leader at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, you will have the opportunity to lead a clinical team within our perioperative care environment. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the provision of high-quality services and patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional and managerial leadership to the clinical/theatre teams.
- Be accountable for all clinical aspects of quality & safety within the service.
- Work in partnership with Divisional Head of Nursing and the wider Divisional Management Team to ensure effective management of services.
- Current and relevant NMC/HCPC registration.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
- Evidence of Continuous Professional Development.
- Management & leadership training.
The estimated annual salary for this position is around £80,000 - £100,000 based on the UK average salary ranges for similar roles in the NHS.
