The successful candidate will champion high standards of antenatal and postnatal care, ensuring compassionate, quality-driven service delivery across the Clinical Business Unit.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide visible leadership and inspire change in clinical teams, patients, and families
  • Drive continuous improvement and manage performance

Salary Range: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum
