Job Description:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a skilled and compassionate mental health practitioner to provide comprehensive support and treatment to individuals struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. As a member of our team, you will work closely with other healthcare providers to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assessing clients' mental health and substance use
* Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans
* Providing counseling and therapy
* Coordinating care with other healthcare providers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of evidence-based practices for treating substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. A valid full UK drivers license is also required.
