Senior Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in a leading drug and alcohol rehabilitation program. The successful candidate will work with clients in South East London, providing comprehensive support and treatment for individuals struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues.
**Job Summary:**
* Responsible for assessing clients' mental health and substance use
* Develops and implements personalized treatment plans
* Provides counseling and therapy to clients
* Coordinates care with other healthcare providers
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
• Valid Full UK Drivers License
**Working Hours:**
Monday to Friday 9-5pm
**Rate of Pay:**
£30 per hour (umbrella days only)

As a Mental Health Practitioner specialising in drug and alcohol teams, you will provide comprehensive support and treatment to individuals struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. Your responsibilities will include assessing clients' mental health and substance use, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, providing counseling and therapy, and coordinating care with other healthcare providers.
