Alcohol and Drug Rehabilitation Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities- Deliver key working and psychological interventions to support clients in achieving their goals.
- Contribute to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including community partners and healthcare professionals.
- Essential: Relevant degree or diploma in a field such as social work, psychology, or substance misuse, accompanied by experience working in addiction services and knowledge of related areas like safeguarding, mental health, and substance effects.
- Desirable: Familiarity with electronic operating systems, equality and diversity principles, and social capital.
The estimated annual salary for this role is £32,000-£42,000, dependent on experience and location.
