About the Role

We are a leading provider of drug and alcohol services, committed to supporting individuals and communities affected by substance misuse. As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering our mission and promoting positive change.

In collaboration with our partner organization, RDaSH, we aim to create a comprehensive and responsive service that meets the evolving needs of our clients. Your expertise and dedication will help shape the future of our services and make a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver key working and psychological interventions to support clients in achieving their goals.
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including community partners and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Essential: Relevant degree or diploma in a field such as social work, psychology, or substance misuse, accompanied by experience working in addiction services and knowledge of related areas like safeguarding, mental health, and substance effects.
  • Desirable: Familiarity with electronic operating systems, equality and diversity principles, and social capital.
Estimated Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is £32,000-£42,000, dependent on experience and location.
