Salary and Benefits

Job Role and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients, assessing their needs, and developing personalized rehabilitation plans. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, signposting and advocating for clients' needs, coordinating care and support, and managing all administration related to cases. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, previous experience in case management or a related field, and the ability to travel extensively.
