Job Title: Mental Health Rehabilitation Coordinator
Location: Lancashire, Preston, London
About the PositionWe are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team at Brainkind Neurological Centre York as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with our therapy staff to coordinate rehabilitation activities and provide support to individuals with neurological conditions.
You will be responsible for liaising with service users and their families, gathering information, and co-ordinating interventions. You will also be required to complete administrative tasks such as gathering referrals and recording activity data.
Main Responsibilities- Liaise with service users and family members to help complete forms and gather information.
- Coordinate rehabilitation activities and provide support to individuals with neurological conditions.
Compensation: £11.44 per hour.
