Lead Rehabilitation Services Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Lead Rehabilitation Services Coordinator to join our team in the Southeast, Central and Greater London region.
- This is a field-based role with travel requirements across the South region.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in case management and be able to work flexibly from Monday to Friday.
In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience, plus a car allowance of £4,200.
Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Rehabilitation Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and managing rehabilitation services for clients across the South region;
- Developing and implementing personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client;
- Working closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality services;
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed;
- Ensuring seamless delivery of rehabilitation services while maintaining a focus on quality and patient satisfaction.
