Job Role:

The AICS Group is seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Support Team Lead to lead our dedicated team of rehabilitation support workers. As a Rehabilitation Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and developing staff members, managing client relationships, and contributing to the development of care plans.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and develop rehabilitation support workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional care;
  2. Manage client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and timely responses to queries;
  3. Assist with the development of care plans, risk assessments, and MACH forms;
  4. Monitor and report on client progress, identifying areas for improvement;
  5. Coordinate meetings and events, including client meet-and-greets and quarterly supervisions;
  6. Negotiate pay rates, expenses, and travel costs on behalf of rehabilitation support workers when necessary;
  7. Take new referrals over the phone, face-to-face, or via email and complete initial care plans and risk assessments.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or related field;
  • Proven experience in rehabilitation support or a related field;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Familiarity with CQC legislation and standards.

Salary: £33-37k (dependent on experience);

Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and 25 days annual leave;
