Job Description: As a Drug and Alcohol Lifestyle Intervention Worker, you will be responsible for supporting individuals in making positive changes to their lifestyle choices. This will involve working closely with the team to develop and implement a comprehensive treatment plan, including conducting assessments, setting goals, and monitoring progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assisting the team in organising and facilitating the evening running of the therapeutic community
  2. Coordinating tasks and activities to ensure effective delivery of the therapeutic programme
  3. Ensuring risk is monitored and minimised through regular checks and reporting
  4. Administering medication to service users under the guidance of a qualified medical professional

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
