About the Position

Apricus Resourcing Ltd is recruiting for a Drug Addiction Recovery Coordinator to fill a locum position in Wokingham. The successful candidate will work closely with service users, delivering tailored interventions to support their recovery journey.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with service users using a trauma-informed approach and deliver interventions to support them accessing services.
  • Support referrals into service using structured guidelines to provide continuity of care.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of clients.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide education and guidance to help individuals plan for future employment, training, and education opportunities.
Essential Requirements:
  • A strong passion for drug and alcohol recovery services.
  • Experience in working with vulnerable client groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
