About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Volunteer Recovery Practitioner. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the drug and alcohol field, while making a real difference in people's lives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a non-judgmental approach when working with individuals who may be struggling with addiction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance on drug awareness and harm minimisation
  • Offer overdose prevention and safer injecting advice
  • Help individuals access other services and support in the local community
