About the Role

We are seeking a driven and passionate Intake & Admissions Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a pivotal part in the success of EPIC Recovery and the new residential treatment facility. Key responsibilities include processing payments and securing funding and insurance claims, handling clerical and administrative duties related to intake, maintaining accurate records, and managing schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with insurance providers to verify coverage and manage billing processes
  • Engage in outreach efforts to build relationships with referral organizations and promote the benefits of our programs

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require knowledge of insurance and billing practices within healthcare or addiction services. Strong clerical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. A sales-driven mindset, passion for helping individuals access support, and experience in customer service, intake coordination, or similar roles are highly valued.
