About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled mental health practitioner to join our team in South East London. As a specialist in drug and alcohol rehabilitation, you will provide comprehensive support and treatment to individuals struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues.

The key responsibilities of this role include assessing clients' mental health and substance use, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, providing counseling and therapy, and coordinating care with other healthcare providers. You will use evidence-based practices to help clients manage cravings, develop coping strategies, and work towards recovery. Additionally, you may offer education and support to clients' families and work on prevention and outreach programs within the community.
