Senior Community Nurse

**Annual Salary:** £45,654 - £73,964 per annum
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Nurse Practitioner to join our Warrington Recovery Team, working closely with colleagues to provide exceptional care and support to adults with complex mental health needs.
Main Duties:
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver NICE guidance interventions and care for service users.
- Contribute to the development of effective care plans, collaborating with colleagues and partner agencies.
Essential Requirements:
- Current NMC registration and up-to-date Professional Registration on the NMC register.
- Leadership/management training and experience of working in an acute environment.
