Job Reference:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN12-NMC) to lead and manage a Community Nursing Team in North East London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload, ensuring the provision of high-standard nursing care to patients and their families in the community.
The successful candidate will have experience of team working, interagency and collaborative working, as well as providing complex packages of care. A good range of clinical skills, including assessment, is essential, along with awareness of the NHS Plan, NSF, and clinical governance priorities.
An estimated salary for this role is £52,643 - £68,585 per annum.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nurse to take on a leadership role and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
