We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Health Care Professional to join our team as a Clinical Team Lead for our Community Nursing Service.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to take on a leadership role, managing a team of healthcare professionals in a community-based setting.

The ideal candidate will possess a specialist qualification relevant to the area of practice and have experience in training and mentoring staff. They will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care delivery, prioritizing tasks, and implementing local and national health agendas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of healthcare professionals providing high-quality care to patients registered with GP practices in Ashford and surrounding areas
  • Provide clinical leadership, prioritize care delivery, and implement Trust policies and procedures
  • Support the implementation of local and national health agendas under the guidance of senior practitioners
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driving license and access to a car for work purposes
  • Evidence of continued professional development and implementation in practice within the last 12 months
  • Registration with the NMC and possession of a health-related degree or equivalent

Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £62,000 per annum
