About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Matron Lead to join our Community Nursing team in Westminster. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of healthcare professionals, providing high-quality nursing care and promoting independence.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating a team of healthcare professionals
- Providing high-quality nursing care and support to patients in their homes and local clinics
- Monitoring vital signs and medication compliance

Person Specification
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in Primary Care, who is able to assess and plan individual care needs, undertake clinical observations, and has venepuncture skills. Experience of working with older frail adults and managing patients with long term conditions would be beneficial. Strong communication and documentation skills, time management skills, and knowledge of using S1 are essential for this role.
