Are you an experienced nurse looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking a Lead Nurse for Children's Services to join our team at Sophie Bell and Associates. As a key member of our paediatric ward team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that children and their families receive the highest standard of care.

Responsibilities:
  1. Ward Leadership: Take charge of the paediatric ward, managing its staff and operations to deliver high-quality care to patients.
  2. Quality Improvement: Drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care, working closely with the Modern Matron to implement changes.
  3. Financial Management: Collaborate with the Matron to manage the financial aspects of the service, ensuring that budgets are adhered to.
  4. Team Development: Foster a positive and supportive team environment, encouraging staff to develop their skills and expertise.

We require a skilled and experienced nurse with a strong background in paediatrics, a teaching or assessing qualification, and a management qualification or working towards one. Our estimated salary range for this role is £75,000 - £95,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
